Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Eligibility
Full-price items can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Items must have all labels attached.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all labels attached.
Pack your items securely with the original delivery note.
Ship the package as instructed for processing.
UK Returns

International Returns
Return postage charges may apply to international returns. Email info@aimeejoycelondon.com with your order number and the country you are returning from to confirm any applicable cost.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCES
At Aimee Joyce London we endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly via DHL courier. For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of you placing your order, however, there might be slight delays during busier periods such as our seasonal sales. Aimee Joyce London is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
For orders shipped to the US of $2500 or higher, our courier service may contact you to obtain your social security number in order to clear your parcel through customs. Please be assured this is a fully secure procedure that allows for your items to reach you sooner.
